1. Overview
These terms apply to all transactions conducted on Kuringihardwares (operated by Kuringi Murugan & Company). By placing an order, you agree to these commercial terms.
2. Pricing & GST Invoicing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Official B2B GST tax invoices will be issued reflecting your business name and GSTIN if entered during checkout.
3. Product Authenticity & Brand Warranties
All products sold on Kuringihardwares are 100% genuine and original. Power tools and electrical appliances carry standard manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims may be serviced at any authorized manufacturer service centre or through our Puducherry store.
4. Cancellations & Replacements
In the unlikely event of receiving a physically damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, a free replacement or store refund will be processed promptly.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puducherry, India.
